Recently, the installation of the final refrigeration evaporator at the fluorine chemical cooling station of Henan Jinhai New Materials project was completed with precision, marking the official entry of the project into its final phase. As the \"energy regulation core\" of this station, this device weighs 58.5 tons, making it the heaviest of the five units; its stable operation is directly related to the smooth progress of subsequent processes and the realization of production capacity. A 500-ton truck crane was used for this lifting operation. In the face of challenges such as limited site space and complex coordination requirements, the project team completed the equipment selection, stress calculations, and detailed planning in advance, and provided specialized safety and technical instructions to the workers. Innovatively, sunproof fabric was used to wrap around the steel wire rope to protect the equipment, ensuring zero scratches on the paint. During the lifting process, supervisors monitored the entire operation, ensuring smooth lifting and precise alignment.
