Lifting work for 4 packaging silos at the Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Project

On December 18, the Inner Mongolia Rongxin Chemical Project Department of Huanqiu Liu Jian, in collaboration with Jilin Institute, Daqing Institute, and Jilin Chemical Construction, successfully completed the lifting work for the 4 packaging silos (23150-D-02001~02004) of the polypropylene plant. It provided valuable experience for the subsequent lifting of the polyethylene silo in the project, and through the actual results of cross-departmental collaboration in overcoming challenges, it illustrated the project construction philosophy of \"using party building to foster unity and joint efforts to drive progress.\" The 4 packaging silos lifted this time have a diameter of 8.218 meters each, a height of 28 meters, and a weight of 30 tons per unit. Their lifting was accomplished using a 600-ton crane for the main lifting operation and an 80-ton crawler crane to assist with the lifting process. Given the challenges associated with lifting operations, such as the large size of the equipment, limited working space on site, and high risks arising from concurrent construction activities, the project team planned in advance. By adopting the approach of \"party building + project tackling,\" it took the lead in forming a temporary joint task force together with relevant units from the \"two institutes and one construction company.\" This approach enabled the integration of party building efforts with construction activities, thus creating a cohesive framework for the project’s development.
