Construction Scope: Construction of a production line for 1 million tons per year of bleached sulfate wood (bamboo) pulp, as well as production lines for 450,000 tons per year of specialty paper and 500,000 tons per year of household paper, along with related supporting facilities； Associated alkali recovery workshop (including waste heat power generation system for alkali furnaces) ； Preparation of supporting chemicals such as chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, and polyaluminum chloride ； Associated water intake facilities, pollution control systems, white clay recovery, and other auxiliary facilities ； The general layout works for the project’s supporting facilities.
