On December 29th, with the precise injection of materials and the stable operation of the system, the pilot plant for the coal-based polymer new material research and development project carried out by Inner Mongolia HuiNeng Yaoning Technology Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ErHua Jian in Inner Mongolia, was successfully commissioned. This achievement laid a solid foundation for the subsequent large-scale production by the project owner. From the pouring of the equipment foundations to the calibration of the control systems, and from establishing the material transportation pathways to the inspection of safety protection facilities, the project team worked hard over 100 days to overcome various technical challenges associated with winter construction. They successfully completed the construction and commissioning of the plant, with all technical parameters meeting the design requirements. The plant was commissioned on the first attempt, resulting in the delivery of a safe and reliable pilot plant.
