10. Shanxi Xiaxin New Energy’s 2.4 million tons per year heavy media coal washing plant, along with associated coking facilities – investment scale: approximately 3 billion yuan. Location: Jieyou Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jinzhong City. Scope of construction: 2.16 million tons per year of coke production capacity, dry quenching facilities, ultra-low emission systems, and an intelligent coal blending system. Key equipment suppliers: Coke ovens – MCC Coking & Refractory； Dry Quenching of Coke – Dalian Heavy Industry ； Intelligent coal blending system – Tangshan Shenwu Machinery Group; expected commissioning date: September 2028
