Nanda Optoelectronics (Ulanqab) Co., Ltd.’s industrial project for the annual production of 10,000 tons of high-purity electronic-grade nitrogen trifluide

Recently, the Ulanqab Ecology and Environment Bureau accepted the environmental impact assessment documents for the industrial project of NanDa Optoelectronics (Ulanqab) Co., Ltd., which aims to produce 10,000 tons per year of high-purity electronic-grade nitrogen trifluide, and made these documents public. The relevant details are as follows: Project name: Industrial project for producing 10,000 tons per year of high-purity electronic-grade nitrogen trifluide； Construction unit: Nanda Optoelectronics (Ulanqab) Co., Ltd ； Project investment: 800 million yuan. Location of construction: Chahar High-Tech Development Zone ； Project nature: Expansion ； Construction period: 36 months. Construction details: The project will be built in four phases. Phase 1 will have an annual production capacity of 2,000 tons of nitrogen trifluoride, 1,600 tons of hydrofluoric acid, and 50 tons of ammonia. Phases 2 and 3 will each have an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons of nitrogen trifluoride and 3,200 tons of hydrofluoric acid, along with 100 tons of ammonia each. Phase 4 is reserved for future development.
