On January 26, Linde Gas announced a new supply agreement with CNOOC Shell, and will build a new air separation unit (ASU) in the Daya Bay Petrochemical Park in Huizhou, Guangdong, to provide CNOOC Shell’s petrochemical complex with a stable long-term supply of industrial gases. The newly built air separation unit will work in synergy with Linde’s existing facilities within the park, significantly enhancing the regional gas supply capacity and service efficiency. This move marks Linde’s continued investment in the South China market, further strengthening its leading position in the Daya Bay Petrochemical Park. Linde has been operating in Huizhou Daya Bay for over two decades, during which it has built multiple large-scale air separation units. Since establishing cooperation with CNOOC Shell in 2005, the relationship between the two parties has continued to deepen, and the signing of this agreement represents another important milestone in their long-term strategic partnership.
