This project is located at No. 55, Donggang Third Road, New Materials Industrial Park, Binjiang Economic Development Zone, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and was invested in and constructed by Jiangsu Yangrui New Materials Co., Ltd. Construction within the existing plant area mainly includes: 1. Building a new production workshop C to establish a production line capable of producing 7,000 tons of food can coatings and 25,000 tons of water-based spray paints per year. 2. Establish a new analysis center dedicated to the analysis and testing of the production process for this project. 3. To increase the fire hazard level of Warehouse D, one building in that warehouse was demolished; it was upgraded from a Class C warehouse to a Class B warehouse, intended for storing oil-based paints, oil-based varnishes, and coatings for food cans. To increase the storage capacity for Class C finished products and raw materials, the original 1-story warehouse E was demolished, and a new 3-story Class C warehouse was built on its site, primarily used to store water-based all-spray paint and similar products. 4. The material stored in the existing bisphenol A storage tanks (which are currently idle) in the tank area will be changed to acrylic resin, while the material stored in the existing bisphenol A intermediate storage tanks (also idle) in the built production workshop B will be changed to epoxy intermediates.
