Recently, the project for building a fluorine-containing fine chemicals industry chain by Inner Mongolia Mingsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. was approved for registration after being reviewed by the Development and Reform Commission of Wulat Houqi; it met the industrial policy requirements and market access standards, thus approval for registration was granted. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Construction Project for the Fluorine-containing Fine Chemicals Industry Chain ； Construction unit: Inner Mongolia Mingsheng Chemical Co., Ltd ； Project investment: 2,069,936.7 thousand yuan. Location of construction: Chemical industry cluster area in Wulat Houqi Industrial Park, Wulat Houqi District, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ； Project nature: New construction ； Planned construction period: March 2026 to March 2028. Construction scope: This project will involve the construction of production facilities for 50,000 tons per year of hydrogen fluoride (AHF), 9,000 tons per year of trichloroethylene fluoride, 9,000 tons per year of trifluoroethanol, 15,000 tons per year of trifluoroacetic acid, 1,000 tons per year of ethyl trifluoroacetate, 1,000 tons per year of trifluoroacetic anhydride, 70,000 tons per year of chloromethane, 1,000 tons per year of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, and 20,000 tons per year of electron-grade hydrofluoric acid. Additionally, facilities for producing intermediate products (chlorotrifluoroethane R133a, trichlorotrifluoroethane R113, 1,1,1-trichlorotrifluoroethane R113a), as well as equipment for treating fluorogypsum and other auxiliary facilities, will be built as well. Construct new production facilities, production workshops, and auxiliary facilities.
