On February 3, the Administrative Approval Bureau of Guangdong Qingyuan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone approved the production project of Pilot Film Materials (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., which involves the annual production of 50 tons of inorganic perovskite materials, 50 tons of cesium carbonate, 50 tons of rubidium carbonate, 10 tons of rubidium nitrate, and 10 tons of cesium nitrate. Project Name: Pilot Thin Film Materials (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. – Annual production project of 50 tons of inorganic perovskite materials, 50 tons of cesium carbonate, 50 tons of rubidium carbonate, 10 tons of rubidium nitrate, and 10 tons of cesium nitrate.
Location of the Project: Area A, No. 27-9, Baijia Industrial Park, Qingyuan High-Tech Development Zone, Qingyuan City.
Total Investment: 25 million yuan.
Project Scale and Scope: This project aims to achieve an annual production capacity of 50 tons of inorganic perovskite materials, 50 tons of cesium carbonate, 50 tons of rubidium carbonate, 10 tons of rubidium nitrate, and 10 tons of cesium nitrate. It involves the acquisition of a range of equipment such as glass reactors, centrifuges, chillers, glove boxes, vertical sublimation furnaces, horizontal sublimation furnaces, vacuum evaporation crystallization tanks, PTFE-lined glass reactors, atmosphere furnaces, sieves, crushers, spray dryers, vacuum drying ovens, and packaging machines. The total planned construction area for this project is 3,600 square meters, including 3 sets of exhaust gas treatment devices, to support a production line capable of manufacturing 50 tons of inorganic perovskite materials, 50 tons of cesium carbonate, 50 tons of rubidium carbonate, 10 tons of rubidium nitrate, and 10 tons of cesium nitrate per year.
