Recently, the substation for the syngas purification unit in Phase 1 of Project 2 of Yulin Chemical, owned by Shaanxi Coal Group, was successfully completed under the general contracting of Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., which is affiliated with China National Chemical Engineering Corporation. This marks an important milestone in the civil construction work in this area, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent mechanical and electrical installation tasks. Faced with challenges such as cold weather in winter, tight schedules, and limited resources, the project team worked together with the construction contractors to optimize the construction plan and organized experts for evaluation. While ensuring progress toward the project goals, the project team installed 18 heaters in advance to preheat the floors; the areas were covered with weatherproof fabric to effectively prevent wind and maintain warmth. Immediately after concrete pouring, a covering of \"1 layer of film + 2 layers of blankets + 1 layer of weatherproof fabric\" was used to insulate the area, thereby ensuring that the quality of construction and safety management remain under control during winter work.
