It aims to increase the production capacity for fluororubber (FKM) to 4,000 tons per year, for polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) to 12,500 tons per year, for the intermediate product vinylidene fluoride (VDF) to 13,500 tons per year, and for the by-product hydrochloric acid to 25,676 tons per year.
