Phase 1 includes the construction of a formaldehyde production facility, a polyformaldehyde workshop, a urotropine production facility along with packaging areas, a control building, a laboratory, office buildings, as well as storage and transportation facilities such as warehouses and tank areas for storing the corresponding products. Additionally, auxiliary production facilities such as exhaust gas incinerators, power distribution systems, and fire protection systems, as well as public utility facilities and administrative and living service facilities, will also be constructed. The scope of the second-phase construction includes: a formaldehyde production unit, a polyformaldehyde workshop, as well as corresponding storage and transportation facilities such as product warehouses and tank areas; auxiliary production facilities such as exhaust gas incinerators, power transformation and distribution systems, and fire protection systems; utility facilities; and administrative offices and living services facilities.
