Annual production capacity exceeds 170,000 bottles! Environmental impact assessment for the Yingde-Xizhou Gas expansion project enters the public disclosure phase

On March 31, the Qingyuan Environmental Protection Bureau issued a public notice indicating its intention to approve the environmental impact assessment document for the expansion project of special gases carried out by Yingde Xizhou Gas Co., Ltd. The project is located in the fine chemicals sector of Qingyuan Overseas Chinese Industrial Park, Donghua Town, Yingde City, Qingyuan Province, and will be expanded by building upon the existing factory premises. The main construction tasks include converting the existing Class C warehouse into a Class C workshop, adding 100,000 bottles of standard mixtures, 24,000 bottles of ultra-pure gases, 3,000 bottles of mixtures for the electronics industry, and 30 tons of electronic-grade nitric oxide; in addition, the facility will have the capacity to fill 50,000 bottles of helium and 2,000 tons of propylene per year. At the same time, new production facilities and waste gas treatment facilities will be added, and chemicals used in business and sales operations will be stored in Class A warehouses. This expansion marks an acceleration in Xizhou Gas’ capacity development in the field of electronic specialty gases, and it will help meet the growing demand for high-purity gases from emerging industries such as semiconductors and photovoltaics.
