At the site of the Blue Sea New Materials project, China National Petroleum Corporation’s largest single chemical facility in Asia, the EPDM rubber production plant project, undertaken by CNPC First Construction Company to fill the gap in high-end materials in China, has seen 63% of its total work completed.
