Recently, the project \"Integrated Technology and Equipment for High-Temperature Dust Removal and Selective Catalytic Reduction for Nitrogen Oxide Removal (SCR)\\", submitted by organizations such as Qingyuan Innovation Laboratory, won the first prize in the 2025 Environmental Protection Equipment Technology Innovation Award awarded by the China Environmental Protection Machinery Industry Association. 　　This project achieved innovation in three areas. First, we have developed high-temperature sintered membrane-based high-entropy metal filter bags featuring a three-dimensional continuous gradient structure. These bags achieve a surface filtration dust removal efficiency of 99.999%, while extending the ash cleaning cycle by 3 to 7 times. Second, we have integrated high-temperature dust removal with SCR denitrification, thereby saving both space and investment costs. Third, we have upgraded the “high-temperature low-dust” process to address issues such as catalyst clogging and wear. As a result, nitrogen oxide emissions remain consistently below 35 mg/m³, energy consumption is reduced by over 30%, and the lifespan of the catalyst is extended from 2–3 years to 6–10 years. Currently, this technical equipment has been successfully applied in various high-emission industries such as cement, with dozens of demonstration projects completed.
