On April 30, the first bridge truss across the road for the external piping system of Phase 1 of the second phase of Yulin Chemical Plant, operated by Shaanxi Coal Group, and which was under the general contracting of China National Chemical Engineering Donghua Company (Bid Section 1), was successfully installed. This marks the entry of the project into its installation peak period, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent connection of process pipelines and the joint testing of equipment. The plant’s external piping system (Phase 1 of Bid Section 1) is a key supporting project for the Phase 1 of the second phase of Yulin Chemical Plant operated by Shaanxi Coal Group. The main construction elements include a pipeline corridor with a total length of about 8 kilometers, as well as the plant’s electrical and telecommunications systems and facilities such as Substation No. 1. This pipeline corridor serves as the core pathway connecting various process units throughout the plant, and it is responsible for transporting key fluids such as oxygen, hydrogen, steam, and water. Upon completion, the project will provide a stable and reliable infrastructure support for the plant’s process production and auxiliary systems. To ensure that the node objectives are achieved on schedule, the project team made advance plans and refined the construction plans. It strictly implemented all aspects of process management, including safety control, technical briefings, and on-site protection, keeping a close eye on the precision of lifting operations and work safety throughout the process, thereby achieving zero hazards, zero deviations, and efficient, seamless completion of the tasks. The successful lifting and installation of the first truss represents another important milestone in the project’s development.
