This project is the first domestic demonstration project for supplying power using waste heat from gas, employing natural gas engine CCHP technology to integrate power generation, heating, and cooling in one system. Distributed energy systems feature independent power supply, flexible peak shaving, and stable operation. By adopting the \"produce for own use and sell excess power to the grid\" approach, they fulfill both the function of meeting local energy needs and that of assisting in grid peak shaving. By integrating electrical automation, intelligent monitoring, and fire protection systems, the project enables real-time monitoring and intelligent adjustment of the unit’s operation, providing a stable and reliable energy supply for continuous, large-scale production. Project construction covers the entire scope of work, including mechanical and electrical installation throughout the plant, pipeline construction, anti-corrosion and insulation measures, as well as system commissioning. Since the project began, the project team has focused on achieving high-quality construction by strictly adhering to industry standards and fully implementing the relevant requirements in areas such as electricity, gas, mechanical and electrical installation, as well as anti-corrosion and insulation measures, to ensure quality control ； Implement full-process standardization and refined management, establish unified operational standards and process control procedures to ensure that construction quality is under control ； By establishing an intelligent debugging approach, the reliability and stability of system operation are thoroughly evaluated, thereby laying the foundation for the safe, efficient, and low-carbon operation of the project. This leads to high-quality completion and delivery, as well as the creation of engineering practices that can be replicated and applied in other projects.
