In 2026, during the 25th National “Safety Production Month”, everyone is encouraged to prioritize safety and be capable of responding to emergencies; efforts will also be made to identify and rectify potential risks and hazards. -------------------------------------------------- Recently, the project for the cryogenic nitrogen generation facility at Beihai Refining & Chemical was announced. Nature of the project: Renovation. Location of construction: South of No. 4 Road, Tieshan Port District, Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (within the premises of Sinopec Beihai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd.). Project investment: The total investment amount is 34.17 million yuan. Scope and scale of the construction: This project involves the construction of a new cryogenic nitrogen production unit with a capacity of 10,000 Nm³/h, resulting in a liquid nitrogen output of 400 L/h. The process flow adopts full-low-pressure molecular sieve pre-purification, reflux exhaust gas expansion refrigeration, and double-column distillation. The entire system includes an air pre-cooling system, an air purification system, a pressurized turbine expander system, a distillation column cryogenic box system, and a liquid storage system. Including associated electrical, instrumentation, telecommunications, and pipeline renovation works. After the project is completed, the existing three 1,500 Nm³/h PSA nitrogen generation facilities and one 2,500 Nm³/h PSA nitrogen generation facility will be put on standby.
