Must ABB DCS user guests not access the configuration? ?

The ABB DCS will not allow access to the existing software, always displaying the message “User guest must not enter configuration”. The GUEST level does not allow access to initialization; logging in is required, but where can I set the username and password? Thank you. . . . .
May I ask how this can be resolved? Thank you
