The 4-in-1 gas detector purchased by the company is about to arrive. What should be taken into account during the inspection? I’d appreciate some advice from those with experience! The detector needs to be tested once a year – is there any specific procedure or standard for this? Please, experts!
Acceptance involves checking the shipping list, qualification certificates and other relevant documents, then powering on the device for testing; if possible, testing with standard gas can also be carried out. If it was specified in the purchase contract at that time, it could be sent to a calibration institute for verification and to obtain a certificate of conformity
If someone posts this. Could the seniors please discuss and tell me? Does this detector need to be sent for inspection every year? Ours is also due for inspection soon
The testing instruments in our company must undergo mandatory inspections once a year; usually, these inspections are carried out by the municipal metrology institute or qualified testing agencies using standard gases, and a certificate of conformity is issued thereafter
