For the circulating hydrogen compressor, after pressurizing the system and starting the compressor, it was observed that there was significant vibration in the outlet buffer tank and pipelines, along with a humming sound – similar to the vibration felt when touching a rotating motor. The pressure at the outlet was 0.2 Mpa higher than that at the inlet; it is assumed that the situation will improve once the outlet pressure increases. What could be the cause of this?
What's going on? Was it like this before turning it on? Or after turning it on? ““It’s estimated that things will get better once the outlet pressure increases,” meaning that the outlet pressure reaches the normal compression ratio? Does “okay” mean that there is no more noise or abnormal sound? ? ? The circulating hydrogen compressor, it doesn’t seem to be like a booster compressor, where the outlet pressure is twice the inlet pressure or something of that order, right? If this is the case before turning the machine on, could it be caused by internal leakage in the outlet check valve?
It only happens after the machine is turned on; it sounds a bit like the vibration noise of a centrifuge. By \"estimated,\" I mean that under normal operating conditions, the pressure at the outlet is 3.2, which is about 0.4 Mpa higher than the pressure at the inlet. Now, there is no more vibration. At startup, the outlet value was 2.2 and the inlet value was 2.0
Is it because of the large pressure difference at the beginning? We sometimes encounter this situation when opening valves as well – there is a large pressure difference before and after the valve, and we can hear significant vibration of the valve core when opening it
