Every chemical production line encounters production problems, large or small, on a daily basis; If everyone could write down the problems that occurred during recent production and that were resolved around them, fellow members can learn from those experiences ; Those with unresolved issues pool their ideas to strive to solve them. This week’s topic: What production-related issues have you encountered recently? I. Which device is the source of the problem? A specific description of the problem? II. Has the problem been resolved? What is the solution to the problem? Active participants in the user group will receive a reward of 5-10 wealth points, while those who submit excellent responses will get 15-30 wealth points as a reward! A best responder will be selected for each weekly topic! All sailors are welcome to participate actively! Looking forward to everyone's replies!
I. Which device is the source of the problem? A specific description of the problem? In the polyethylene plant, the crystal points of LLDPE have not met the required standards for almost ten days now; previously, the pressure difference across the filters was high, so those filters were replaced. Now, to maintain production, it is only possible to increase the melting temperature in order to reduce viscosity. II. Has the problem been resolved? What is the solution to the problem? The problem remains unresolved ; I hope to get some guidance from experts.
