Difference between bolt No. 35 and 35CrMoA

I would like to ask my friends: when calculating the flange thickness of the equipment in SW6 calculations, why is the calculated flange thickness for bolts made of 35-grade steel smaller than that for bolts made of 35CrMoA? The allowable stress of 35CrMoA is clearly higher than that of 35-grade steel. Also, does steel grade 35 correspond to 8.8 grade bolts?
The strength varies, so the required pre-tensioning force also varies. These two materials are definitely different; grade 35 is generally used when the pressure and temperature are low, while a combination of high-strength steels is usually employed in cases where the working conditions are harsh and the pressure is high. Number 35 should be different from magnitude 8.8.
