1. Ash leakage occurs when the flue gas is under positive pressure or when the boiler experiences a detonation, causing ash to be ejected outward. . 2. Air leakage occurs due to inadequate sealing in the negative pressure area of the flue, allowing air to enter.
(1) Combustion occurs at positive pressure inside the furnace and within the cyclone separator, resulting in a large pressure difference between the inside and outside. (2) The wear-resistant cast material or refractory material, or the construction process, does not meet the technical requirements, resulting in failure and detachment during boiler operation. (3) The sealing structure is unreasonable.
