The issue of carbon conversion rate in coal chemical industry?

General Manager Kang of Ningbo Branch believes that a conversion rate of 95% is already very high; so why does it drop to 90% when handled by SEI?
Was the one at the back written wrong? It should be 99%? There is no highest limit – only higher ones. When it comes to technology, one must keep pushing forward, right? In fact, the petrochemical industry is built on the foundation of the coal chemical industry, so higher standards are understandable. Could some expert please explain it in detail? . :lol:lol
It’s 90%; it hasn’t increased but has decreased. Clearly, 10% of the products are missing from the distribution, so. . . . . .
What is the manufacturing process? Where is the lost part?
