During the trial production phase of a project construction, what needs to be reported and registered with authorities such as the Work Safety Supervision Bureau regarding instruments, and what is the process?
In accordance with the Metrology Law and quality management requirements, instruments (measuring devices) must be calibrated before use. This is done by submitting them to a qualified metrology calibration institution; they can either be sent there for calibration or the calibration can be carried out on-site. Instruments that are subject to mandatory calibration must be tested by the metrology testing institutions of the quality and technical supervision department.
