Can the ammonia buffer tank be located near the house’s gasification room?

The process flow is very simple: there is a liquid ammonia tank area and a separate vaporization room, with the required safety distance between them. After being vaporized into ammonia gas in the liquid ammonia vaporization chamber, it enters the buffer tank and then is sent to the point where it is used. Can this buffer tank be placed in the same room as the vaporizer? If not, what is the distance? I would be very grateful if everyone could provide the answer and the reasoning!
The buffer tanks I saw in the air compressor room were placed outside; I’m not sure if it’s the same in this case as well
