The method is as follows: 1. Eligible candidates: Technical personnel who are entrusted with personnel administration by their respective talent service centers and are currently working in their field of expertise.   II. Eligible candidates and requirements: 1. **Graduates from regular higher education and vocational colleges can be directly granted professional titles.**   2. Qualification requirements for junior and intermediate professional and technical positions: With a secondary vocational education diploma, after one year, one can be recognized at the “clerical” level ；   　　Associate degree: See *. Candidates and requirements for evaluation: 1. **Full-time secondary and college graduates, as well as professional and technical personnel who have obtained a recognized secondary education or higher degree through self-study exams, diploma exams, adult education, radio and television education, correspondence courses, or other similar educational methods, and are working in their respective fields.**   2. Requirements for initial, intermediate, and advanced levels of evaluation: For those with a vocational school diploma: after completing * one year, and having worked in a professional technical role for at least four years, they can apply for the “Assistant” level qualification ； Those who have worked for more than 20 years, including at the assistant level for at least 5 years, may apply for the qualification for an intermediate position ； Those who have worked for more than 30 years, including at least 5 years in a mid-level position, may apply for eligibility for a senior-level position.   　　Junior college: After working for three years after graduation, one can apply for the qualification for a junior position ； Those who have worked in assistant-level positions for more than four years can apply for the qualification for intermediate-level positions ； Those who have been engaged in professional work for 25 years, including at least 5 years in a mid-level position, may apply for senior professional qualifications.   　　Bachelor’s degree: After completing one year of work experience, one can apply for the qualification for a junior position ； Those who have worked as assistants for more than four years can apply for the qualification for an intermediate position ； Those who have worked at the intermediate level for five years or more can apply for senior positions; those who have worked at the intermediate level for five years or more can apply for senior positions. Foreign Language Test for Professional Titles: Masters and dual-bachelor’s degree holders who have worked at the assistant level for more than two years can apply for intermediate-level professional qualifications ； Those who have been working in intermediate positions for more than five years can apply for senior position qualifications.   　　Doctor: Those who have held intermediate positions for more than two years can apply for senior position qualifications.
