Regarding the specific gravity of enamel in glass-lined disc condensers

I need to deal with several used pieces of equipment, and the buyer wants them to be free from impurities. However, I really can’t find information regarding the specific density of glass-lined materials, nor their quality. Does anyone have data on the dimensions and weights of glass-lined discs? Please share it with me!
It’s hard to determine this; it can only be decided based on the specifications and dimensions. In other words, it’s a shell-and-tube heat exchanger where the tube side is made of stainless steel and the shell side is made of carbon steel. As for what proportion of the total weight is accounted for by stainless steel, that isn’t something that can be determined easily. Original poster, take a close look at the standards for glass-lined disc heat exchangers.
I checked HG/T 2056-2011, but it doesn’t provide any specifications regarding the dimensions of the glass-lined equipment or its quality, which is a bit confusing.
Are you in sales? It’s understandable to feel hesitant. Since you intend to use this equipment, you should have the necessary qualifications; it would be best to take it to the design staff at your company – they are likely experts – and ask them to help you work on it.
