Does anyone know how to convert diesel and gasoline with lower ratings to meet the National IV standard?
This can be complicated, as many substances need to be added to the oil to increase its octane rating and so on; those involved in blending dry oils should be aware of this.

There’s too much of a difference to adjust; it’s necessary to upgrade the production process. If the sulfur content is high, nothing can be done to correct it
