Our factory discharges 6,500 NM3/h of exhaust gas, with a SO2 concentration of 1,000–15,000 mg/m3. We are planning to install an exhaust gas absorption system; are there any companies that use low-temperature catalytic methods? Could you please provide detailed information on their usage, including investment costs and ongoing operating expenses? Thank you.

The investment for the oxidation method is low, within 100W
This post was last edited by hnfxl689 on 2015-6-17 at 16:53. If you have the funds, you can consider the low-temperature conversion method; the investment cost can be estimated at 100 yuan per cubic meter. Active carbon and the ionic liquid method are more expensive than these.
