Beijing Changjia Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is seeking a Pump Engineer. Job responsibilities: 1. Fully understand customers’ requirements for pump products, and be responsible for selecting the appropriate pumps as well as preparing technical solutions. 2. Identify high-quality suppliers and establish procurement agreements with them based on the product specifications. 3. Prepare the necessary drawings for the products, and coordinate with manufacturers to carry out casting, processing, assembly, and testing. 4. Be responsible for the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of projects, and provide various technical documents required by customers. 5. Handle technical communication during the production process, ensuring that product quality and performance parameters are met. 6. Work together with quality engineers to conduct inspections and tests on products, and resolve any quality issues that arise. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior management. Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as mechanical engineering or mechatronics; experience in hydraulic machinery is preferred. 2. At least 3 years of work experience, with prior experience in pump manufacturing preferred. Recent graduates with high comprehensive qualities can also be considered. 3. Familiarity with pump products, standards, materials, testing, etc. is a priority. 4. Proficiency in at least one design software such as PROE or CAD. 5. Good command of English, with the ability to read and write in English. 6. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit. 7.
