I was wondering if there are any differences in operating UOP 3.5 compared to before? I’m referring to the regeneration control aspect, not the overall process
When it rains, one needs to be vigilant regarding the possibility of instrument malfunctions. In cases of severe convective weather such as thunderstorms, precautions must be taken to avoid electrical shocks. If the sewage drains are not functioning properly, it is necessary to go to the site to check the operation of the systems designed for separating rainwater from sewage, in order to prevent environmental safety incidents. This is how it is adjusted on standard devices; it’s a common issue.
If it rains, the temperatures of the air electric heater and the regenerative gas electric heater will drop; be sure to adjust the temperatures accordingly, while avoiding excessive temperatures on the surface of the electric heaters.

There’s no need to increase the speed of the circulating hydrogen compressor; increasing the speed doesn’t change the hydrogen-to-oil ratio. Increase the speed of the booster pump, while being careful to prevent surge; open the anti-surge valve if necessary. I'm referring to situations with heavy rain here; in case of light rain, just make slight adjustments based on pressure changes
