Not classified. The design is specifically based on GBT 28712.5-2012 for spiral plate heat exchangers
There is a special provision for spiral plate heat exchangers in clause 3) of section 1.4.1 of the Solid and Liquid Code, in conjunction with clause 2) of A1.3.5 in Appendix A to the same code; however, depending on your specific conditions, it may be classified as Category I.
