Piping single-line diagram Stress relief

Dear senior, there’s something called stress relief in the pipeline single-line diagram. How do I handle this? Fill it out according to that document? How do I fill it out? I’ve never encountered it

Whether heat treatment is required to eliminate residual stresses is determined by the designers based on the medium and pipe materials, and this must be clearly specified in the design documents.
