Is this design, equipment manufacturing, or installation construction? Or directly EPC?
It sounds a bit trivial, put simply. There are strict and fixed procedures for a project, from its initiation and construction until it goes into operation, as well as for its post-project evaluation. There are too many design firms in the industry that have experience with these two types of systems, so there’s no need to ask this question here. OP, please explain it more clearly.
