Water vapor in the air

I would like to ask whether water vapor in the air is in a gaseous state or a liquid state. If it is in a gaseous state, why does it exist at room temperature without liquefying?
This is related to the local air pressure, temperature, and humidity.
Between water and steam, there is a corresponding saturated vapor pressure at different temperatures; in air, water vapor will not liquefy if its partial pressure is lower than the saturated pressure at that temperature, whereas it will liquefy if the partial pressure is equal to or greater than the saturated pressure. Fog (water mist) and dew are the result of water in the air turning into a liquid state.
In the air, water exists in gaseous form; it may also be present in small quantities as liquid droplets； But it seems to me that what you’re referring to here is the gaseous state; just as on the ground, where water comes into contact with air, the water and air are constantly dissolving and separating from each other, though in very small amounts ； It can also be said that liquid water has a certain partial pressure in air, so there must be gaseous water as well!
