How to avoid flash explosions during grinding in a grinder

The material is the rubber accelerator M, which needs to be ground to 100 mesh and contains about 0.5% solvent toluene; there is a risk of a flash explosion due to toluene vapor during grinding. Is there any good way to address this? Thank you
