Layout of refrigerated air compressor units

Can an ethylene glycol refrigeration unit and an air compressor unit be placed in the same room, separated by a solid wall, given that both units are not large in size? Also, there are crowded areas such as control rooms in the building where this room is located; they are quite close by. Is the noise level very high?
Just one set is enough to cause trouble; it’s recommended to relocate the control room – the noise pollution is severe!
The noise level in my cabin is around 70 dB(A); the power output is not high, and there are solid walls separating it.
