There’s really no water in the bathhouse

I remember hearing in some comedy performances that it happens in bathhouses – you just put soap on your skin and then there’s no water left. Well, I actually experienced this today: I was about to rinse out the shampoo residue when there was no water. I waited for ten minutes, but still no water came. So I called the head of the maintenance department; after another twenty minutes I called the head of the production department. It took over forty minutes before water finally arrived. It was ice-cold! What kind of factory is this? :'(
I took a bath like that a few days ago; fortunately I noticed it in time. I poured several buckets of water, and it was extremely awkward to take such a bath. The water is here; wash as much as you want.
Can’t we not be so understanding of each other? We really have to go through hardships together? Let’s rather share prosperity
