Register for chemicals: Registration issues

I received the certificate on the 18th; the staff member gave me two certificates, which are said to be used for company registration. My question is that one of the fields listed above is for the highest level of education attained. I registered as having a bachelor’s degree, but in reality I have a master’s degree. So I would like to ask those who have experience: if I fill in \"master’s degree\" on that certificate myself, will it be checked during registration?
The poster probably wants to avoid the requirement regarding length of service, right? Then presumably the original poster doesn’t have enough years of work experience? If so, then the issue is not about educational background. I thought of doing the same at that time, but I didn’t end up doing it. Still, I want to know if there is any impact; could someone with experience explain?
