Information required to add corridors between storage tanks

Question: If I want to add a corridor between two storage tanks to connect them – a passageway – what materials (manuals or codes) do I need to study, from the structural analysis of the foundations to the selection of materials? Note: I’m not in the design field, so I’m not familiar with design software. I just want to know where I can start learning if the company needs to add corridors* Thank you
According to the standards, a platform in front of the tanks should not even be built on the tank foundations; corridors had better not be connected to the storage tanks, and a gap should be left between them. A separate steel frame design will suffice.
