Is a 5L ethylene oxide storage tank considered a pressure vessel?; With a total volume of 5L, a diameter of 219*5, and a height of 165, it features upper and lower end caps; the material used is 316, the design pressure is 2 Mpa, and the operating temperature is 20 degrees Celsius. Does this qualify as a pressure vessel?

The pressure for epoxy isn’t that high, right? According to your calculations, the pressure is 0.5 MPa! The pressure under normal storage isn’t that high!
Under normal circumstances, epoxy is definitely stored in pressure tanks. But your volume is too small too; even a standard cylinder has around 400L! The normal operating pressure for epoxies is around 0.35 as well; therefore, by definition, it cannot meet the requirement of 2.5 MPa·L – it shouldn’t be possible! But it seems that in actual production, it should still be managed as a pressure vessel!
