As the title suggests, does anyone in this forum have the latest version of this standard? If so, please share it; there will be a reward!

This is really rare; your manufacturer doesn’t have it, and I’ve never seen it either. I mean, when was the latest one? I only know that the standard number is GJB 1996; the version from 1994 is commonly seen online, and I’m not sure what the latest version is.
