The company conducted maintenance some time ago, during which all pipes were cleaned using chemical cleaning methods; other equipment and ovens, etc., remained unchanged. After restarting production, several control valves failed to regulate the temperature properly; in most cases, the temperature was too high. All the valves are Spayshack; if one valve leaks, it won’t be several of them leaking at once. Everyone, please help think about what other problems might be occurring. . . Thank you!
Has any impurity entered the valve spool, causing the valve to not close properly? Furthermore, considering extreme cases: if the scaling is extremely severe before cleaning, the flow bottleneck lies in the pipes; after cleaning, the passages become larger and the flow bottleneck shifts to the valves.
