Drawing requirements: 2 coats of anti-corrosion paint, 2 coats of rust preventive paint, and 2 coats of topcoat. The standard SH/T3022 was specified; the design temperature is 150/40, the operating temperature is 55, and no insulation is required. How to choose according to the standards? Previous projects had specifications, but this one doesn’t. Help!
Enameled glaze is good; it’s also known as enamel glaze.
It seems to be just a regular primer, intermediate coat, and topcoat (no special requirements regarding the paint). You can use phrases from previous projects and fill in your own requirements. This standard also provides options for primer, topcoat, and intermediate coat. I don’t know about the rest
I usually use an inorganic zinc-rich primer, a ferrochrome anti-rust intermediate coat, and a polyurethane topcoat; it’s sufficient to choose them according to the standards, with each coating layer having a thickness of no less than 50 microns
How can anti-rust paint be used as an intermediate coat? I don’t know much about paint.
Epoxy zinc-rich primer already has an anti-rust effect
After rust removal, one coat of epoxy zinc-rich primer, one coat of epoxy ferrochrome intermediate coat, and one coat of aliphatic polyurethane topcoat are applied. Is it unnecessary to use anti-rust paint as well?
And I heard from the workshop workers that I need to know what kind of reaction will occur if rust-proof paint is applied alongside other types of paint! Generally, anti-rust paint is applied separately.
