Questions regarding the safety procedures for hazardous chemical projects

In a construction project for a hazardous chemicals facility (whose safety facility design has already been approved), if the name of the company changes, how should the safety conditions and the safety facility design be modified?
The company name has changed; would a statement or certificate explaining the change in company name be sufficient? Are there any changes needed to the safety conditions and the design of safety facilities? Or could you consult the safety supervision department again?
After the company name changes, wouldn’t the contents of the safety condition report and the safety facility design no longer be appropriate? It’s as if Company A’s report and review comments were used by Company B, which isn’t right The Work Safety Supervision Bureau is someone who must be consulted; it is they who ultimately decide how things will be handled
