Hot gas is also known as dirty gas, haha. Dirty gas burners are generally best equipped with desulfurization tubes, so that tar can flow out through them; otherwise, blockages are likely to occur. Is the gas used by the original poster’s enterprise free of dust, naphthalene, and tar? It would be best to provide a photo of the clogged burner; it’s likely caused by tar mixed with some dust. .

What is the calorific value of gas required for industrial furnaces? Is it two in use and one as a backup? The amount of gas produced per furnace is not an issue for carbon molecule gasification technology. I wonder what the diameter of your furnace is?
