A certain project has a duty dormitory building with a construction area of 5,018 m2. According to the review of the construction drawings, it is necessary to install a sprinkler fire extinguishing system in accordance with Article 8.3.4, Paragraph 2 of GB50016-2014. Is this too strict?

A certain project has a dormitory building for staff on duty; does it have functions related to on-duty duties, or is it just a regular dormitory?
